Put up a small OpenNTF app.
The whole OpenNTF process internally was a lot less painless then I expected. Kudos for the guys on the setup and the patience with me going through it. 
I submitted a small project which we often get requests for. It will allow you to trap the SOAP request/response from Domino Web Services. You can have a look at it on the OpenNTF Project page.
